How long will my order take to be delivered?

Orders are shipped the next day after orders are placed. You will receive an email from us as to when your order will be sent out. Parade sends via Royal Mail First Class service and should be delivered within 1-2 days of being dispatched.  Please only contact us, after 7 working days after ordering if you still have not received your order.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! £4 for delivery to the UK - and delivery to the rest of the world is £10 

How do I make a payment?

We accept all of our payments via paypal, you don't even need a paypal account to use it, as you can checkout as a guest.

Can I return my order?

Of course. If your not 100% happy with your purchase, be it not the right size or if an item is damaged, we can exchange sizes or replace items. 

We would like to stock your products in our store?

We are very interested in anyone who wants to stock our products in their store just please contact: [email protected] - if you wish to do so.

I would love to model for Parade,  how do I go about doing this?

We are always looking for new models and people to represent PARADE. There is no particular look. Please just email us at [email protected] - and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You don't even have to always come and meet us, under some circumstances, all you'll have to do is send us a cool picture with you in some garms.

How do I best wash my tee's? 

We recommend that you wash tee's inside out at 30 degrees and the print should not be ironed. However a standard wash should be fine.
